Initially from Indiana, Adam is now a proud resident of the Miami Valley area where he and his family call Oakwood home. Adam created Beiersdorfer Law, LLC in 2021 to represent a diverse client base that includes public and private sector entities, regional and national businesses, family-run enterprises, non-profits, and sophisticated individuals. Coming from a family of small business owners, Adam understands the passion, the pride and the hard work necessary for these to thrive for future generations.

Adam has spent years working in and around the Miami Valley as a corporate attorney, a complex business litigator, and a business banker in the financial services industry. Adam has represented some of the most prominent area businesses during his time here as well as many lessor known businesses and charities.  Adam serves as general counsel for several area businesses and recognizes many of the unique struggles they deal with today. Prior to becoming an attorney, Adam also worked with some of the largest financial institutions gaining experience in retail and commercial lending, mortgage origination, insurance, automotive finance, small business banking, financial planning and investments as well as loss mitigation. This extensive experience allows Adam to leverage his past connections, knowledge and experience to help his clients navigate the unique  issues and problems they face today.

When not helping his clients or spending time with his family, Adam can be found at some of the local parks enjoying the great outdoors, playing tennis and volunteering in and around the community.
